ORDERING FROM US
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses you will need to
place a separate order for each address. We are committed to making your Internet shopping a positive experience.
We assure you that any transactions that you make and any personal information you give us are secure.
To ensure your security we encrypt all your details so any unauthorised parties cannot read them. We will not provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent.
Please allow one additional day for deliveries to offshore islands, Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen and Northern Ireland and extended time for international orders.
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
All prices include VAT where applicable and our prices are reviewed periodically without notice.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown below.
The following prices apply to orders for single brushes or any combination of single brushes up to a quantity of eight brushes. These prices also apply to orders for the complete set of eight brushes.
For order volumes of more than eight single brushes or orders for multiple complete sets of eight brushes then the additional delivery charges apply. The additional charge applies for each multiple of eight brushes, whether ordered as single brushes or as complete sets of eight. If you wish to purchase higher volumes than is usual then please contact customer services prior to submitting an order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
UK Deliveries (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail as first class recorded delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.
£1.99 for orders containing any number of brushes up to a volume of eight.
Additional Charges of £1.20 apply for each additional quantity of eight brushes.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail as first class. Items will require a signature upon delivery.
£3.99 for orders containing any number of brushes up to a volume of eight.
Additional Charges of £2.40 apply for each additional quantity of eight brushes.
International (Rest of World):
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail as first class, international signed for. Items will require a signature upon delivery.
£5.99 for orders containing any number of brushes up to a volume of eight.
Additional Charges of £3.60 apply for each additional quantity of eight brushes.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) in the event that the product has been used
(b) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.
Within the order packaging, you will find a Returns Note with details of your order together with details of our returns process. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services Team on: 07432 402 403 (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm).
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

To assure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

STEP 1. – Completing the Necessary Documentation
You should receive a Returns Note with your order. Complete this document with all the required information. If you have not received this document, please contact Customer Services on 07432 402 403 (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm) or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
STEP 2. – Returning the Product
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your completed Returns Note. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
STEP 3. – Processing the Refund
If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement when ringing the Customer Services Team, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
